2006 GMC Sierra 4X4 with 205K miles. Trans fluid and filter was replaced at 150K miles

Couple weeks ago I had a transmission line bust open cause it was rubbing on a pulley. Replaced line, topped off fluid and it shifted great for about 200 miles then it started having problems shifting into second gear.
-If I accelerate slowly, it shifts fine.
-Normal acceleration (moderately) it will shift around 5500 rpms.
-During normal or faster acceleration, I can let off the gas (usually at 2500 or 3000 rpms) and it will shift into third and everything is normal after that,
All other gears shift fine. No trans vibration or hard shifting. Even downshifting into second is fine.
Done alot of research and thinking the shift solenoids are bad but would like some more input before I throw parts at it. Thanks
