4L80 Problems
I did a tranny flush on my friends dad 2004 GMC Savana. It's a 1 ton, with the 6.0L and the 4L80 tranny.
Flushed it because it had 80,000 on it. Ran fine before.
After flushing, first thing I noticed is that from time to time (when going off from a stop) there might be a "lag" time, and than it will kick into first gear. Sometimes has the same lag time going into reverse.
Other than that, shifts fine.
Filter was also replaced when doing the flush. Fluid is at proper level, and the proper fluid was used.
Any ideas?
