Default 6.0L P0300 code

i have a 2007 GMC Sierra 1500 4X4 6.0L and have a P0300 code I can’t figure out. I have looked at the live data and found it is cylinder 3 giving the random miss. I have changed the plugs, wires, coil pack, injector, intake, and gaskets. I have also pulled a compression test and pushed around 125psi (same on #1,5, & 7). I also did a leak down test and showed about 8% ( same on the others too). I also did a crank relearn twice. Any ideas on where I should go from here? I was wondering is the cam/crank sensor may cause this?
