Default 700r4 build, faster tc lock up? and other ??

hello im building a 89 700r4, im replacing the sun shell, adding a trans-go correction kit 700r4sk. new sprag, and the alto clutch pack 3-4.. and a re man tc..

anyone use this alto kit? what did you think of it?

i went from 6 clutches to 8, i have approx .028 clearance..

can do anything safely to make the tcc engage faster.

also the 3-4 acc bore is scorched, trans-go recomended using two pistons and sealing rings to seal the acc off, will this be a hard shift that way? anyone do this as well.

Default tcc switch

Hi, The way I like a tcc to work is adding a pressure switch at the right port on the vb and it won't engage on 1-2 and 3... As soon you shift in 4, it will engage... If you like this, I will tell you the part chevy # number and more info later today... I'm going in the garage now....To work on a 700....

Thumbs up tcc switch info

OK...I went into the garage and it's too cold....I'll give you the info while it gets warm.... The part number for the switch is ACD# 8643710 or GM# 08643710... This a n.o. type and to facilitate things up, I have attached a file for tcc solenoid wire routings and switch location...
