Default 8.1 Lower Head Bolts Leaking

Hi,
I have an 03 496 8.1 engine. Once you take the heads off and replace it is seemingly impossible to get a couple of the "lower" head bolts to stop leaking antifreeze... Drives me flippin' nutz at it sits in my boat with an all white engine compartment.

1. It does NOT leak with a pressure tester set at 16LBS over night.
2. I've used the GM brand brown sealant (seems like good sfuff).
3. Tried Permatex
4. Still using fresh Dexcool

Only leaks usually at higher rpms. Tried heavy coating of sealant on all threads, shank, and back side of hex part of bolts. Put sealant on both sides of stainless washer. Put some around the lip of the hole itself. Had it apart 4 times. This simple leak has out smarted me.

Many thanks to anyone who wants to hep me. If you're around San Diego Bay I'd be happy to take your for a fun ride any weekend.

What kind of boat do you have? I have a 2003 stingray 230sx with a 8.1 (496) in it.
