I have a 84 chevy van that had some electrical problems. I have headlights and nothing else all power inside door locks,radio, everthing dead. Battery fine won't start not click no turn over Some suggested fuse link coming from stater up to fuse box, igination Is this the right place to start? Any ideas where this link is located I have power from battery to alt and the headlights but everything else dead

 

bro i have an 83 with the exact same problem....fusible link from starter is what its pointing to...should be close to the starter
