Default 86 chevy problem

every time you honk the horn the interrior lights come on. could this be a relay?

sounds like u have a short to power when pressur horn switch to ur interior lights. wat kind of vehicle is this?

I had the same problem with my '85 2.8L 4x4 tahoe, only it also affected my radio. Some re-wiring took care of that.

I ended up replacing the wiring for the interior lights, they were worn and shorting out. If I remember correct, the horn and interior light has the same fuse. I seperated them.
