Wondering if someone has some insight on what my cars issue may be. 86 monte with a gen 1 setup.....desmogged 350....turbo 350, no comp......but lately it has started surging the headlights. This engine setup has only 200 miles on it, the tranny is new, alt new, waterpump, flex fan, fuel pump and edlebrock carb was all the work ive done in the last 6 months. But since it got colder, its started surging like the voltage reg is bad and has a shudder. Could the cold weather have thrown off the previous (6months ago) carb tuning i had done?
