so I own this almost cherry 88 caprice. The wipers act up though. The intermittent feature doesn't work and in the past they didn't always want to shut off. Now they wont shut off at all. Every one I talk to is clue less. I had an 83 Monte Carlo, 84 custom deluxe, 88 sierra, all do the same thing. any one help???
