Default 92 chevy 350 no spark problem

My 92 c2500 quit on the road the other day, now I can't get it restarted. I installed new plugs, wires, coil, rotor and cap, but I still get no spark at the plugs or at the coil. I am getting power going to the coil. I am really stumped!

Thanks for the replies! I thought it could be the ICM also, but I read that if the pickup coil or ICM are the problem, I would have no fuel pulses along with no spark. But the throttle body injectors are working properly! Is there anything I can do to narrow down the problem?
