Default 93 GMC with 5.7 350 vaccum trouble

93 GMC 1500. I did a tune up and knocked off a vacuum behind the throttle body. When I went to hook it back up I noticed other vacuums plugged off or loose. I hooked it the way I thought it went but the truck ran rough idling and brie blank sut on the ground from exhaust. I rearranged them and the truck now issues ok for the most part and runs sweet down the road. But now it shifts so fast that idk barely pull itself sometimes until it gets up speed. I can hand shift it and it does fine.
