I am having the same problem with my '05. Had the transfer case and actuator replaced. Now I have an appointment with the Chevy dealer on Wed. Code came up my regular mechanic couldn't find on his equipment. I'll let you know on Wed. what they find.

It turned out I needed a wire replaced along with some bad connector pins. $300.
