all the dummy lights are on and the gauges are acting wacky. Radio cuts out when certain things are on. Brand new battery, replaced the ground to body and alternator tested fine. Where should I start looking?? What could cause this that I already haven't checked?

 

Check your connections on the back of your instrument cluster. One may be loose.
