1998 Chevy Express 3500 with 5.7 will not start. Car had fuel pump replaced last week. Ran for about a week and was towed back to the shop. Test fuel pump, it isnt getting any power from Relay. I can apply power directly to pump and van will run. WHen you first turn on key relay is clicking like normal. What can i check from here or do you think its possibly a VCM problem? THis vehicle is customers work vehicle. Any help is much appreciated!!

 

Check your connections on the VCM, but it sounds like you may need a new fuel pump relay.
