99 Surburban wont start

Default 99 Surburban wont start
ing fuse keeps blowing when i try to start but when i take starter relay out it doesn't blow but still wont start does anyone know the problem

relay, you mean solenoid?

the fuse box under the hood says starter relay it's a small black plastic box with four prongs

With it removed nothing will happen including blowing a fuse. Can you swap it with a different relay?

Do you have an auto parts store that can test the starter, sounds like it has a short
