Cool adding heated seats to 2013 Impala LZ

Hello, is the wiring in place to add factory heated seats from another Impala?
Can I just install the heated seats and change the dash panel HVAC control bezel with the heated seat switch??
Thank you in advance for the help.

no. the wiring won't be there and you can't pull the electrical from another car. todays cars are built with a network computer configuration. options the car doesn't have won't have wiring or the module to run the option. gm probably has a direct fit accessory option that you can add on. the kit is bought thru the dealer parts dept. and complete instructions are included. the ones I have installed are stand alone systems ie not on the network. you remove the seat covers, install the heating element, run the wiring to the switches and run power and grd.

aftermarket generic kits are also available.

you will need hog ring pliers, side cutters, crimpers, wire strippers
