hey guys, new to the site, and i am having some trouble with my crossmember....my 86 Monte SS had a 350 tranny in it... with a double humper jegster crossmember for the 3" straight back exhaust...well that tranny got shredded so i put in my 200r4...now the crossmember doesnt hook up to this tranny...no big deal, buy a new one from jegs... well Jegs doesnt have a double hump crossmember for the 200r4... they have one for the 700r4...well my question is will this 700r4 double hump crossmember bolt up to my 200r4 tranny?? summit has one for the 200r4....but they want 60 more dollars than jegs does for their c-members... and i am on a tight budget and time frame..i dont have the skill, time or money to have my other one fabricated to work, because .this has to be installed by friday and i only have about 5 hrs total time to work on it before then with school and work and such... any comments or suggestions wanted, thanx for the help guys
