I was also wondering about replacing the factory CD Changer/tape deck since nothing on it works now and all 4 speakers are essentially useless/blown. Question is, how hard is all this stuff to get out difficulty-wise? I am fairly competent but i don't want to bite off more than I can chew. Dash removal seems relatively straightforward as does the door panel. Is there any special problem that I may not be aware of with 2004 Tahoe? Any feedback from anyone who has been down this road would be helpful! Install places want a small fortune now and it'd be nice to DIY if possilbe.
