Aftermarket wheels on new silverado...Help!!

The outside of the rims!!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? What in the fack!? What kind of shop does that? lol

That is weird that they put them on the outside of the wheel. Id rather put motorcycle wheel weights on mine than weights outside the wheel.

yea you know i didnt think anything of it when i got tires 3 years ago, but all my friends said that u can have the shop put the weights in the back of the rim. and those damn outer weights messed the clear on my alloy rims. but, i thought i had somethin bad with suspension at 65 mph but then i remembered the tires i have were known for uneven treadwear and needs to be balanced many times. but yea thats weird a shop would slap the outer weights on a "nice" rim.

Well they didnt literally put the weights on the outside of the rim. Sorry i didnt describe it correctly. On the inside of your rims you have the "outside" meaning the inside closest to the spokes.....then you have the "inside" meaning the closest to the inside lip of the rim. Its really weird but my friend said its really a big difference. Something to think about before you take your tires to that crappy tire shop that doesnt charge much. Will spend the extra money to have a professional do it.

Yea ive learned my lesson. Now i just have to figure out how to lower it a bit for that sport stance....haha. But thats another thread...lol
