Are all OEM Pads + Rotors the same ? (Recommendations)

Are all OEM Pads + Rotors the same ? (Recommendations)
I'm about to change the Pads and Rotors on my 1998 Express 1500 Van. I'm in the UK and will probably get them shipped from the States as it works out cheaper than buying over here.
I need a standard OEM replacement so am not interested in 'Performance' parts.
Are there any particular brands I should stay away from or am I safe going for any OEM replacement.
I've seen full sets available ranging from $99 - $250 which gives me the impression some are alot better than others.
What would you go for ?
