Anti theft deterrent system HELP

Car won't start, anti theft deterrent system came on. Has to be jump started to move. What do I do? After its jump started battery voltage says 13.8-14.5V. Is my battery dead or what can I do to fix this?? Supposed to leave town in 2 days!
