Hi, I just bought a used 2017 Tahoe and there is a **** next to the headlight control I do not recognize and the salesman was also perplexed by. Picture attached.

Does anyone recognize this?

 

Almost looks after market - maybe for the flux capacitor??

I did a reverse image search and found the same exact thing in a listing for a 4-runner but without caption. I have turned it and pressed the button and cannot detect it doing anything. Seems to light up when I brake. Really odd! Hopefully some hero out there knows what this is

If it lights when you brake maybe it's for trailer brake control
