Auto To Manual Swap-Idle Trouble
1984 Mercedes 380SL swap with 350SBC, originally had a Th 350, ran fine.
Fitted up a T5 Transmission.
Just finished bleeding clutch, first ride...Idles @800 in neutral.
Step on clutch idle races stay up after shift, stays up until back in neutral.
350 SBC Holley 80457-2
Shorty headers, points
No interference with throttle linkage.
Checked all vacuum lines for missing plugs or breaks, splits.
Any thoughts?
