Blend Door Acutator issues

I have a 2005 Chevy Suburban LT 1500.
I've been having the issues with blowing hot air on the drivers side, blowing from the defrost only, etc... I've replaced the drivers side blend door actuator and the lower passenger blend door actuator. Now hot air is blowing on the passenger side when the A/C is on. I've gone thru the calibration steps several times and still can't get it to work. When I first start the engine it blows cold on the passenger side then goes hot. I've made a temp fix by unplugging the actuator on the passenger side when it's blowing cold and it works fine. The issue now is the heat does not work, only A/C. Does anyone know if this means the Upper Passenger side actuator needs to be replaced? I was hoping to avoid removing the dash but I need to get it working. Thanks for any help or suggestions.
