I changed my front pads on my 2005 Suburban about a month ago. About three days ago, the front drivers side sounds like iron weights sliding and hitting each on the bar when I press the brake pedal. Anyone have an idea what could cause this issue?

 

Do a visual inspection quickly. Something came loose.
