Default Cam questions

My questions are about camshaft selection....
I've changed my wording because apparently if i say exactly what vehicle I'm working on mods want to put my question in ONLY THAT SECTION and not get help with it from any other type of chevy truck people. Cam selection for trucks is a general question not intended for only a Silverado or a Suburban owner or only Tahoes. anyone with a truck and understanding of the differences of truck cams vs car cams can be of help here so PLEASE KEEP THIS POST and delete the copy in suburban, thaxz

I'm working on a 2005 Chevy VEHICLE (Truck) 1500 4x4 5.3L LS - L59 flex fuel

I'm wanting max cam I can do WITHOUT doing a new high stall torque converter. Want good low and mid range power and raise top end some but not racing, will be working in mud, towing 3-5k and a daily driver so no hot LS car cams just a big truck type cam. I know anything over 550 lift needs springs too but am planning on LS6 or dual springs if needed. Low LSA, 108-112, dual pattern (different grinds on intake vs exhaust) all help with lower end torque, thinking stage 2 or summit racing high lift torqueanator cam.... Any suggestions, comments appreciated.

Not really. Your Suburban question would still be visible to everyone.
Plus, knowing the application can affect the answers that people give you.
But suit yourself ...
