Can anyone help ID some parts?
Hey guys, We have a Street Rod, a 41 Chrysler with a 38 Chevy front end, with what the builder says is a mid 70s Nova/Camaro front clip.
He built it 30 yrs ago, and doesn't actually remember what he used, first he said 70 Monte, no way, too narrow, then he said mid 70s Nova, which looking under mid/late 70s Novas it looks pretty close.
Well its time to rebuild the front end, and it seems its a mixed bag of stuff. People say it looks pretty close to a Nova, but has different upper control arms.
Some guy said it looked like S10 uppers, so I posted on a S10 site and they say the uppers are close but the rest is different.
Its got a Saginaw 600 steering box I had rebuilt, I replaced the Upper ball joints from a kit from PST from a 76 Nova kit.
But, either PST sent the wrong kit, or its not Nova as the lower ball joints and outter tie rod ends are different, as you will see in some pics.
Wondering if anyone can tell from the pics, what I may have, or knows the deminsions of different lower control arms and good places to buy them so I can get the right stuff, pics below, thanks
