Default Can't get my 87 Blazer into Diagnostic mode

I've done this before so I know it works.... Runs well, but the CEL is on. I jumped the A and B pins on the OBD, turn the the key to "on" and the light stays on. It won't blink 1-2 and give a code. I've disconnected the battery, pulled the ECM fuses and put them back. I want to fix my Blazer but I don't where to start.....

Thanks for any input!

Check the jumper connection.

If I made a better connection I'd have to solder the jumper wire to the A B terminals. I'm stumped.....
