I have a 2003 suburban. I'm willing to disable the speakers or radio if necessary.

The turn signal flasher noise gets on my nerves. I think it has something to do with it flashing on the rearview side mirror, whereas none of my other vehicles have done this.

I don't mind the turn signal flasher for my honda civic. I was wondering if I could change the noise to a different tone, lower it, or delete it all together.

 

I could be out of date, but the noise produced during a turn signal used to come from the signal relay under the dash. That may have changed since the advent of the side mirror-mounted turn signals, but I am not at all certain of that. My 2015 Chevy Malibu has been a great car, but I have the opposite effect. The turn signal sound doesn't sound loud enough for me, or my hearing has taken a dive. LOL! You might want to see if that might be the cause before looking at the radio or speakers for the issue.
