I have a 2003 impala that only starts when I play with the key for hours.today is a cold day and I can't get it to start at all.I have been having the car for years. and it always do this in the winter time. I bring it to the shop and it starts right up for the Mac so they ttell me nothing is wrong with my car. can somebody please help me !!!!

 

We need more information. Does it crank and not start or does it do nothing at all? Do the lights work? Do you hear a click? Give us more info.

 

leave it parked outside in the cold at the Mac shop. You must put the car into the conditions required to make the fault happen to diagnose it.

 

insert WD40 straw where key goes ,give couple squirts insert key work lube into switch , do this couple of times , if this dosen't work you are out ,not much
