Default Cleaning engine block after head gasket failure

Anybody have any suggestions for cleaning the bottom half of the engine after a head gasket failure.?

I have a lot of emulsified oil in the lower end affter my head gasket failed. The heads have been removed, pressure tested, cleaned, and are eady for re-assembly but I am hesitant to do so with so much sludge inside the block.

I cant even get into this area to clean it and could use some advice. Some forums have suggested adding new oil with a small amount of diesel or transmission fluid and running the engine then replacing it with good oil.

Can I clean the inside of the engine with gasoline or kerosene and blow it out with compressed air. ?

clean the area with brake clean, then drain the oil, put in fresh oil, and install engine oil flush, replace the oil again
