Exclamation Clicking in rear of 89 Silverado, please help!

Please help it would be much appreciated!
I have a 1989 Chevy Silverado 1500 4x4 v8 350 5.7L great truck clean and everything works great!
Only issue I'm having is a clicking from the right rear side when I'm not accelerating or just slowing down. That started about a week ago. However just this morning I was driving and heard a clank type of noise and started getting a rougher ride. After that I went right hone and now here i am. Nothing is hanging or touching my drive shaft, I already looked into that. I have very little play in my U joints but I wouldn't think that would cause the clicking. Please help asap. Thank you in advance,
Steven Ganski

Take the right rear wheel off and inspect all the brake components. You might get lucky and have a simple fix.
