67 Lemans with a built 389 ran great when I put it away last fall. This spring it runs great til my temp gets to around 180 then it starts choking out. Almost like its starving of gas. If I feather the gas I can keep it running but shes NOT happy! Also, if I hammer on the throttle, to power through the starvation, it smokes out of the right side like crazy. Everything is new. New fuel pump, filter, gas tank, and lines, everything! Is a return line clogged? Is my gas getting to hot and vaporizing? Thanks for any help.

 

Has it ever done this before? Has anything changed other than setting? Is the smoke black?
