I have 2013 chevy 3500hd dually I have a manual 4x4 shifter on the floor, I would like to change it to an electric switch as some models have on the dash.

 

This is just a guess, but there may be some aftermarket addon which may get that working for you.
However, IF you want an OEM fix, that would be a monumental task. Need to change out the Transmission, transfer case, and install a LOT of electronics which you presently do not have.
