Lightbulb Custom push bar installed at tow hook connections for front bumper

A question to any metal fabricators out there.
Would like a "push bar" built. Low profile, heavy gauge, powder coated type tube that has square tube post/bolt connections to both connection points of tow hooks at front bumper.
Vehicle is:
2005 Suburban 2500 LT 6.0 with plow pkg
Looking beyond the typical bull bars and brush guards currently seen on mfgr's pages.
Just a heavy duty type metal tube that, 1. can act as a step for engine access. 2. runs along profile of front bumper with 12" extending on either side of the tow hook connection locations.
Needs to Ride just slightly higher than the tow hooks so as not to block bottom fog lamps.
Not looking for high profile grill guard needs to blend in and not stand out.
The best visual for comparison would be the rhino "dominator" rear hitch step product.
Any ideas?
