Default Decoding numbers on a 502?

I have recently purchased a complete new BBC 502. It has the following block casting number #12561358 which is a 502 engine. What I don't know how to decode is the followiing:

Possible date code located beside the block's casting # which is: H211

The aluminum plate located on the passenger side towards the front of the block:

12568779

10-201

1113

This engine has an Edelbrock Performer 2.0, an Edlebrock 750 CFM Carb, and a Crower Cam Part Number #E - 50279 which is a custom grind. It came with a new HEI GM distributor and a new GM 14 inch Flexplate, plus water pump and accessory pulleys. I believe that itstarted life a HT 502 but was never used. Not sure why the cam was changed either, but it's a hydraulic roller. I'm trying to determine how much HP/TRQ the current set-up has before I proceed. Thanks.
