Hey guys. New to the forum and looking for some information. I recently replaced the bed on my 79 K10 from a fleet side to a step side. Does anyone know what the correct distance between the top of the bed to the cab should be? I’ve looked online and can’t seem to find any information. With it bolted up, I am noticing nearly an inch difference from the driver side to the passenger side so I am not sure what the correct measurement should be. Anyone ever measured the distance on a factory stepside?
