I recently purchased an 06 sierra 2500 4x4 duramax. when i got it the dome lights did not work all the time and now my dad has been having to drive it and he says when he gets out the dorrs lock by themselves and the passenger window rolls down. WTH could it be?

 

My 2014 Suburban is locking itself from time to time. I just came from the dealer and the owner told me it is operator error that they can not just lock by themself b ecause the vehicle does not have a brain to do this. I an still looking for a cause.

 

Run down the wiring and connections first, could be some short wiring that triggered from time to time.
