Default Driver preset and mirror issues

2009 suburban 4x4 5.3l
driver 1 and 2 preset options are giving me a fit

Set then where we want them. Press 1 or 2 and driver mirror wont move but the passenger mirror goes full turn out and up and keeps going until it gives up.

Can use driver side window switch to adjust and fold them just fine. im at a loss

Tried both new window switches. Tried a bcm.

What else can I look at or look into.

Thanks,

James

You put a bcm and a window switch in a vehicle without proper diag? That is called the parts cannon, never ever use the parts cannon.

was the body control module at least programmed? First thing you do no matter what in a diagnostic session is scan the vehicle, did you do so and what codes were stored or active?
