I have replaced the climate control 6 times via NAPA car care center of which they cleaned out the drain for the main panel and the drain for the rear accessory unit. Each time the unit would give a sign such as: only working on setting 5 or smoking thru the vents or saturating the passenger carpeting with condensation. They replaced the unit back in April of 2010 in North Carolina south of Raleigh where we used to live. Now that we have moved to Indian Head, Maryland it has acted up again and refuses to work at all. The rear unit works and is the only source of heat we have for the vehicle. I have been told this problem goes hand in hand with Chevy trucks and vans with the same climate control panel. Any suggestions?
