Default electrical issue?

My 2014 Camaro started acting goofy. First everytime I started car my CD would eject. Then my lights under the radio would flash. Turn on brights and my radio would go off and my am/fm would have no sound but I heard sound on xm radio. I also had to keep resetting my clock. Battery voltage went down to 12.5. Had car checked, both battery and alternator were fine. car kept doing this so I went ahead and purchased a new battery for my own sanity. Voltage reads 14.5 now but still doing the same thing, any thoughts?

Have you had anything done to it as far as stereo, anti-theft?

Nothing at all, had all my connections checked and everything was clean. Trying not to go wire by wire to find a short but looking as though that may be the only solution.

I don't know if this has a body control module, if it does, that's what I'd consider the problem.
