Default Electrical Issues

My 99 Suburban has a well wierd issue with the Charging system. I have taken it to the Shop about 5 times and get told "The computer dosnt see anything wrong" I have replaced the Battery (4 times, and these are Optimas) Alternators, Cables (batt) starter. Apperintly it wasnt any of that because the Voltage acts as if its on a trampoline, and the batt light flickers. Well it died on me over the weekend and I have no clue what to replace next. Any ideas?

well for your alternator to charge it needs a signal from the L terminal. so if u replaced everything else and it's still not working i'd check that wire for an open or high resistance.

Also if the replacement alternator is a rebuild you can't trust them to be working out of the box.
