97 chevy lumina 3.1
Ok let me tell you about this ordeal. I had my ac compressor lock up on me and the starter burnt up. Put in a bypass pulley and changed the starter out with a used one. It would turn but wouldn't start unless you gave it gas. Along with this, smoke started coming from the starter and the passenger side fan would come on. I checked all fuses, no bad ones, but when I mess with the driver side fusebox the fan would come on and off. Should I try changing out relays or is it a problem with that whole fuse box itself?
