Default Engine hot a/c off 2007 equinox

This vehicle was started by remote and left to idle, after driving check engine light on with warning hot engine a/c off. No other history of problems help please

does the remote start turn the fan on? if the fan doesnt turn on because your remote start bypassing the power line on the ignition circuit it could overheat if you let it idle for a long time.

The fans both were running all the time. I decided to have the thermostate replaced , as i also noticed lower than normal heat from the ducts. After the thermostate was replaced the check engine light was reset, the engine hot a/c off was reset and all appears to have been corrected.thanks to all previous threads that allowed me to help decide to make this repair.
