Default Engine shutoff

I put my key in as usual nothing happened. No noise no clicking noise (battery). I did it again truck started right up. Then one day as I had only been driving for less than 5 min the truck shut off all on it own. This has happened about 5 times in the last week. Has this happened to anyone? I noticed it happen last year very few times only in cold weather. 50k miles 2015 Silverado 2500 hd
any advice is appreciated

Check your battery cables for looseness and corrosion at both ends.

Ignition switch. With your model, and miles kinda hard to think that it could be, but with what you post sounds like it to me.
