EVAP Fun with PO442!
Hey everyone!
Hopefully you can help me figure out why my evap system is crazy!
Im working on a 2006 Colorado 5 cylinder 3.5L.
Feb 2021 I replaced the fuel pump, all good then in Dec I got a po422 code (small leak in evap system).
The gas tank fills up easily but only like 5/8 full.
I replaced the canister vent valve solenoid along with the hose to charcoal canister (not the charcoal canister yet) and the evap sensor valve, no fix.
What should I do next? Smoke test? I’m an intermediate on working on cars but am eager to learn! Thank you.
