Evap vent valve?p0449&p0430

Evap vent valve?p0449&p0430
My Silverado is flashing a Code P0449. I want to fix the problem but I can't find the EVAP Canister Vent Valv. I know it is located near the fuel tank but I have searched everywhere and still have no clue where it is. What am I missing? I listed the codes and what they mean at the bottom if it helps anyone help me.
Can anyone help?
Has anyone else had this problem before and can tell me how to fix it?
I have a 2003 chevrolet 1500 4WD Auto. w/ 4800 Vortec V-8

P0430=Oxygen storage abilityof catalyst(right cylinder bank) below calibrated threshold
Can anyone help?
