Default Flash code help

I hope some one can explain what the meaning of the codes i list below. I searched around trying to find the cause of them, but no luck.

Flash code 33:
"MAP sensor signal voltage was too high (low vacuum) for 5 seconds when throttle opening was under 4%."

What would cause this a bad map sensor? (it was raining hard today, so not sure if that effected it).

Flash code 45:
"Oxygen sensor voltage was over 0.75 volts for 30 seconds with a throttle angle above 20%. On Brougham models the oxygen sensor voltage was over 0.7 volts."

No clue about this one?

This is a 88 305 tbi.

Thanks for any tips/advice.
