A frame bushings?????

I have a 1981 caprice classic when i bought it the lady told me it needed new A frame bushings im not that sure on how to do it right.... so i need some help thanks

i herd that poly is really good so i guess poly it is... ive been trying to find insight on how to do it right im one of diy type of person...
