Front Washer pump not working!

Front Washer pump not working!
The front washer pump is not working. I replaced the pump this morning thinking that was an easy fix but still have the problem. Thought it might be the fuse or relay, fuse is good and I tried swapping out the relay with another of the same relay that I know works. Still no power to the relay! I am going to disconnect the wire connection from the pump and use my meter to check for power next. Any ideas if I am missing something simple?
